We pay our clients a fixed interest rate for access to their capital for pre-agreed terms ranging from 6-120 months.
To join our Fixed Interest Program™ you can request a copy of our Current Rates which includes the formal agreement from one of our team members, then follow these simple steps:

1. Nominate your preferred term (6, 12, 36, 60 or 120 months)

2. Specify your commitment amount ($250k minimum)

3. We quote you a fixed interest rate and send you a Facility Agreement for completion

4. You review, execute and return the agreement along with photo identification

5. We send you a payment instruction including our banking details for funds transfer

6. Deposit funds in our nominated Australian bank account

7. We prepare & store a legally recognised instrument which records the contractual obligations

8. We pay your monthly interest into your nominated account by the 5th business day of each month (if you choose the monthly interest option)
